Helpful Reminders for Group Meetings at PorchLight

 

CHECKING IN
All visitors must check in and out through PorchLight’s visitor management system. in order to protect the confidentiality of our guests. To streamline arrival and reduce lobby congestion, please ask all attendees to check in using this link (TBD).

PARKING
A large, free parking lot is available for meeting guests with approximately 70 spaces. If these spaces are full, street parking along 8th & Quail is available. Please be mindful of neighboring businesses and parking restrictions. PorchLight is not responsible for vehicles parked in our parking lot. Our address is 11100 W. 8th Ave. Suite 200, Lakewood, Colorado 80215.
 

LOBBY COURTESY
Please help us maintain a calm, welcoming environment for our guests by keeping conversations in our lobby area quiet and to a minimum.
 

COORDINATION & DELEVERIES
Please designate a team member to greet attendees and food deliveries in the lobby and direct them to the reserved meeting space.
 

NOISE AWARENESS
Please be mindful of partners and staff working in the cubicles outside the training room and keep conversations at a considerate volume during breaks from your meeting.
 

MEETING SUPPLIES
Porchlight does not provide paper goods, utensils, water, or ice. Please bring these items as needed.

CLEAN UP

Please remove any leftover food and dispose of all trash in the larger breakroom trash bins adjacent to the training room. If applicable, please return the tables and chairs to their original positions.
