Can I bring children?Yes. PorchLight offers drop-in childcare while you receive services onsite. There is no cost to utilize childcare services.

How much do services cost?All services at PorchLight are provided at no cost.

Do I need an appointment?No. Walk-ins are encouraged during our business hours. Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Do I need to have a court case or reported to police?No. A formal report is not required to access services and support.

Are there services in other languages?Yes. Services can be provided in the language of your choice.

Is there a place to stay or shelter at PorchLight?No. PorchLight does not have shelter space onsite, but advocates can connect you with partner agencies to explore options. For additional shelter resources, please click here.

Can PorchLight assist me if I don't live in Jefferson or Gilpin Counties?Yes. PorchLight does not turn people away based on address, but some services are specific to Jefferson County.

What if I need 24/7 Support?PorchLight is open from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
