PORCHLIGHT NAVIGATION
Finding yourself or a loved one experiencing something traumatic can be overwhelming and often it's difficult to know where to start. PorchLight Navigation services are here to help. Our Navigation Program supports our guests through trained advocates that connect survivors to the most appropriate resources and supports among our extensive community partners, and to help each guest navigate their experience.

On-Site Services at PorchLight
The following services are provided by community partners on-site at PorchLight . Please contact PorchLight Navigation, or each program directly to learn more. All services are no-cost.
Legal advocates can provide support for civil legal matters including civil protection orders, divorce, custody and immigration.
District Attorney & Victim Witness Support
Specialized support for those involved in a criminal case in the 1st Judicial District, and connections to law enforcement partners.
Free drop-in child care is available to guests while at PorchLight. Additional mental health and advocacy services are available to support children.
Counseling & Mental Health Supports
Trauma counseling for adults and children is provided on-site with licensed therapists.
SANE Examinations & Medical Care
Sexual assault nurse examination (SANE) and forensic nursing exams for victims of strangulation are available on-site with direct referrals to other medical services.
Community Resource & Navigation Support
Local non-profits, community resources and navigation support are available through an extensive network of agencies.
